Modern Android development uses Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, so check the date of older material before following it. Google's Android Basics with Compose course is the official starting point for beginners, and Jetpack Compose for Android Developers continues from there. Philipp Lackner's videos cover Compose and app architecture through complete projects.
Developers maintaining older apps built with XML layouts and Java will still find The Busy Coder's Guide to Android Development and Android Developer Fundamentals useful. Firebase courses cover analytics and backend services, and podcasts such as Android Developers Backstage and Now in Android follow platform changes. Kotlin language resources have their own section.
